House Extension
We transformed this house into a modern family home, we installed lots of gadgets. Everything can be controlled through phones, Google Home or Alexa. We met the client 2 months before starting the development as we installed a family wetroom. We then went on to build the perfect entertaining home, we took down the walls and built a new utility room, office, WC, kitchen/diner and extension to the highest range.

Rear House Extension
We built this rear extension and completed a full refurbishment on this house. We used an interior designer who made this space a beautiful haven using different paints and lighting methods to truly give this home the wow factor.
Hillcrest Road.
1st Fix Carpetry
At Hillcrest Road we had the contract for the 1st Fix carpentry through these 2 new build properties. We installed the roofs, stairs, stud walls, composite cladding, doors, frames, skirting, architraves and the full kitchen.
Barling Road.
Extension and Loft Conversion
This property underwent a significant transformation. We removed the whole roof and added two pitched roof dormers at the front of the house. The rear of the house was then opened up with a large full-width dormer, optimising the space and creating three bedrooms, one en-suite, and a family bathroom. The downstairs also went through a significant transformation with a bedroom extension, utility extension, en-suite, and a newly fitted extended kitchen.
Southend Road.
Eco Friendly Commercial New Build Office
We built a commercial office on Southend road for a financial company. We started by demolishing the existing garage then started to build the new office which consisted of a Conference room, disabled toilet, 1 store room and a large room for all the desks. We installed a living sedum roof and solar panels on the roof. We also created a car park with the finishes of the landscaping and fencing.
Hall Road.
New Double Garage, Outbuilding, House Rendering
This particular customer initially hired us to demolish a single garage and construct a new, modern double garage with a rendered finish. However, we were later contacted again and asked to complete an outbuilding which consisted of a gym and a bar. To give the entire property a fresh new look, we rendered the outbuilding and also applied a white render to the rest of the property to match.
Cossington Road.
Rear Extension
We constructed a rear extension with an attached garage onto an existing property. Due to a nearby oak tree, we had to use piled foundations for the site. The extension features French doors and a custom kitchen, complete with a secret door that leads to the utility room. We also refurbished the ground and first floors of the property, and we plan to return to complete a loft conversion.
Paglesham Road.
New Build Bungalow
We demolished existing stables and designed and built a new bungalow from scratch after previously building an extension for this client.
East Hanningfield.
Millboard Composite Decking
For this project, we used plaspro composite joist on cradles and posts as we had different floor levels. Subsequently, we installed a coppered oak composite deck. Two years later, we returned and installed golden oak around their pond with aluminum handrails.
Caernarvon Close.
Loft Conversion & Extension
We began our project with a loft conversion, which included adding two bedrooms and a bathroom. A year later, we returned to build a rear extension. We also refurbished the entire house, fitting new bathrooms and a kitchen, including Amtico flooring.

Loft Conversion
This beautiful family home extended into their loft space creating a master bedroom and en-suite with stunning views with the picturesque Juliette balcony.

Extension
This new build home was craving the extra space for a dining room so we built a rear extension that now houses a beautiful and light dining room with views of the garden.

This stunning Millboard composite decking in Smoked Oak Enhanced Grain, with Duo Span Joist, beautifully complements any garden.

Garage Conversion, Extension & House Renovation
The home underwent a complete renovation, beginning with the conversion of the garage into a temporary kitchen area for the customer. After that, we constructed a rear extension, replaced all the windows and doors with grey aluminium ones, applied silicone rendering to the lower half of the property, and installed Hardie cladding to the upper section.
